“Get Some Scars” - EP Launch Gig on 14th March

Lux Lisbon will be launching the 4 track ‘Get Some Scars EP’ at the Bull and Gate, London on 14th March with Orlando Seale and the Swell. 

A UK tour follows as Lux Lisbon looks to follow a year which has seen them play Bestival, Hyde Park and several BBC Introducing Live Sessions with support from Tom Robinson, John Kennedy and Billy Bragg.

BBC 6music play Sunflower - the ‘BBC introducing Mixtape’ on 6music played ‘Sunflower’ from our debut album this morning, being described as ‘An ambitious and expansive pop song with a chorus that embeds itself in the back of your mind, some impressive orchestration, and a glorious climax which, I can testify, is impossible not to join in with’. As listeners to ‘Your Heart Is A Weapon The Size Of Your Fist’ will know, lead vocals on this one are handled by the lovely Charlotte Austen. The album has raised over £2,000 for the MIND mental health charity and is available from our shop. - Stu.
