Massive thanks to Colin and Matt from the Saturday show, really very enjoyable, despite keyboard dying 2 minutes before going live and a last minute change to a-cue-stick guitar. BBC Cambridge Session - 2nd March 2013 We were guests on the hashtagtoplegend Tom Simkin’s show on BBC Cambridge tonight, he spun ‘The Devil Got Me Dancing’ and we did acoustic/ukelele/harmony versions of ‘Get Some Scars’ and “Bullingdon Club’. Then Tom treated us to a few ales. Wadda guy. Loved it. Stu wore his ‘space in a face’ Dog is Dead Tee and Rob wore some fetching neckwear.

BBC Cambridge Session - 2nd March 2013

BBC Live Session for Bethan Elfyn - We recorded a (completely and utterly) live session for the BBC on Bethan Elfyn’s show last Saturday night (22 April) and this is a little documentary of the day. Charlie managed to swear live on air during ‘Bullingdon Club’ (well now Johnny Rotten is doing butter adverts someone has to). Set list was ‘Bullingdon Club’ - ‘We Don’t Believe In Love’ - INTERVIEW - ‘Here Comes The Night’ - ‘Your Heart Is A Weapon The Size Of Your Fist’. Look out for our next BBC Live Session on Introducing Newcastle on November 29th. 

BBC 6 Music Interview - Stu was the guest on Tom Robinson’s BBC 6 Music show last night - talking about Billy Bragg’s love of the ‘Bullingdon Club’ single, Sid Griffin from Maconie and Radcliffe Show calling it the ‘best power pop single in 5 years’ and other nonsense. We’ll be doing 4 songs live in session on Bethan Elfyn’s show on BBC Wales on 22nd April and 3 songs in session on Nick Robert’s BBC introducing Newcastle show so look out for those.

Bullingdon Club Video - Mad propz from Billy Bragg Esq - Who has shared our ‘Bullingdon Club’ video on his FB page. Double B stated “loving this….this track deserves a wider audience” - well thankyou William, much obliged. John Kennedy at XFM and Tom Watson MP (Deputy chair of the Labour Party) also RT’ed it to his 80k odd followers, in case of TWMP we’re not kidding ourselves that’s for any musical merits….qgtf
